Head to the lakeshore to watch museum staff process wild rice using traditional methods, including parching, threshing, and winnowing the rice. See the entire process from raw to finished product during 20-minute demonstrations offered on the hour.

The program is at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4 pm. In the event of bad weather, this event will be moved under shelter.
