Kanabec County Community Health offers immunizations for private pay and those on medical assistance. We also serve homebound clients and persons eligible through these programs:
- The MN Vaccines for Children program offers FREE vaccines for children up to 18 years old who are medical assistance or MN Care, are uninsured, or Native American or Alaskan Native.
- The MN Uninsured and Underinsured Adult Vaccine program offers FREE or LOW cost vaccines for MN residents 19 years of age and older.
